Training in the Filipino martial arts is beneficial for health and fitness, and quickly builds skills for combat and self defence. It has the added benefit of being less physically intensive on joints and bones than many other martial arts. With a focus on realistic skill development with less reliance on purely physical fitness it is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness with no prior experience needed.
